All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscription fees, trial conversion charges, or other amounts paid to Unstability.ai, except where required by applicable law.

Why

When you subscribe to Unstability.ai, you authorize an immediate charge and gain immediate access to compute-intensive AI image generation. Your usage allowance begins refilling on its weekly schedule and our infrastructure begins serving your generations — costs we incur whether or not you use your full allowance. For these reasons:

• •Partial-period refunds are not available.
• •Unused weekly or monthly allowance is not refundable and does not roll over.
• •Cancelling does not refund the current billing period; you will retain access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
• •Trials that convert into paid subscriptions cannot be refunded after the conversion charge has been made.
• •Outputs that do not match your expectations, prompts that produced unintended results, or compute used for any generation are not grounds for a refund.

Exceptions required by law

Nothing in this policy waives any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction. Where such law applies, we will respond in accordance with it.

Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a charge resulting from unauthorized account use — please contact support@unstability.ai within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate.

Before disputing a charge

If you have an issue with your subscription, please contact support@unstability.ai first. We can usually resolve issues directly. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account.
